About Stack Poker

We're building the most accessible way to get better at poker — no expensive solvers, no information overload, just focused practice that fits your schedule.

Our Mission

Poker is one of the most strategically rich games ever created. It teaches decision-making under uncertainty, risk management, emotional control, and mathematical thinking. But for most people, getting better at poker has meant spending hundreds of dollars on solver software, grinding through hours of hand review, or reading dense strategy books that assume expert-level knowledge.

Stack Poker was built to change that. We believe poker training should be free, fast, and fun. Our platform distills the core concepts that make great poker players — GTO fundamentals, preflop ranges, equity intuition, pot odds — into bite-sized games you can play in a few minutes a day. Every decision you make is compared against solver-backed optimal play, so you learn by doing, not by memorizing.

What We Offer

Stack Poker is a comprehensive poker training platform with multiple game modes designed to build specific skills:

  • Daily 10 — ten curated hands per day with full solver analysis. Complete your daily challenge in about five minutes and see exactly where your decisions differ from optimal play. Track your accuracy over time and watch your ELO rating climb.
  • Preflop Trainer — rapid-fire preflop decision drills. Given a hand and position, decide whether to fold, call, or raise. Build the muscle memory that makes correct preflop play automatic.
  • Equity Guesser — develop hand-reading intuition by estimating which hand is ahead in common matchups. Over time you'll internalize equity relationships without needing to run a calculator.
  • AI Bot Matches — play full hands against intelligent bot opponents with distinct playing styles. Practice your postflop strategy in a realistic game environment without risking real money.
  • Poker Math Quizzes — practice pot odds and expected value calculations with interactive quizzes that build mathematical fluency.
  • Session Tracking — log your real-world poker sessions with stakes, duration, and results. Visualize your performance over time and identify trends in your game.
  • Leaderboards — compete with players worldwide. Earn ELO ratings across different game modes and see how you stack up.

Our Approach to Training

Traditional poker training asks you to study solver outputs and memorize optimal frequencies. That works for some players, but it's not how most people learn best. Research in learning science shows that active recall and spaced repetition are far more effective than passive study.

That's why Stack Poker is built around learning by playing. Every game mode presents you with real poker decisions and gives you immediate feedback. Instead of reading that you should 3-bet AQs from the cutoff, you experience the scenario, make your decision, and see how it compares to the solver's recommendation. This active approach builds intuition faster than passive study alone.

We also believe in progressive complexity. New players start with fundamental concepts like hand rankings and basic preflop strategy. As your skills improve, the scenarios become more nuanced — multi-way pots, complex board textures, and advanced postflop situations. The training adapts to your level so you're always being challenged without being overwhelmed.

Who We're Building For

Stack Poker is for anyone who wants to improve at poker, regardless of their current skill level. Our users include:

  • Complete beginners who want to learn the fundamentals before playing their first home game or casino session.
  • Recreational players who enjoy poker but want to plug their biggest leaks and stop making costly mistakes.
  • Serious students who use solvers but want a fast, mobile-friendly way to drill specific concepts on the go.
  • Competitive players who want to benchmark their skills against others and track their improvement over time.

Free by Design

Stack Poker is free to use. We believe that cost should never be a barrier to learning. Our core training modes, daily challenges, and performance tracking are available to everyone without a subscription. We sustain the platform through optional features and advertising while keeping the full training experience accessible.

The Team

Stack Poker is built by a small team of poker players and software engineers who were frustrated with the state of poker training. We wanted a tool that was as fun and addictive as the game itself — something you actually look forward to opening every day. We play poker ourselves, and every feature we build starts with the question: "would this actually help us improve?"

We're based in the United States and operate as StackFlow Inc. If you have questions, feedback, or feature requests, we'd love to hear from you at support@stackpoker.gg.

Our Blog

In addition to our training tools, we publish in-depth poker strategy articles on our blog. From beginner guides to advanced GTO concepts, our articles are written to be clear, practical, and actionable. Whether you're learning Texas Hold'em rules for the first time or refining your 3-betting strategy, you'll find something useful.
