Welcome to Stack Poker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stack Poker application, website at stackpoker.gg, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by StackFlow Inc ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Stack Poker. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Stack Poker is a poker training and educational platform — it does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or any form of monetary risk.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@stackpoker.gg.

All gameplay on Stack Poker uses virtual chips with no monetary value. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through gameplay on our platform.

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by StackFlow Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service (such as session logs or hand histories). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Stack Poker may offer virtual currency ("chips" or "coins") that can be used within the Service. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual currency at any time.
In-app purchases, if offered, are processed through the Apple App Store or other authorized payment platforms. All purchases are subject to the payment platform's terms and refund policies.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Stack Poker is a training and educational tool. While our analysis is backed by poker solvers and established game theory, we do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your poker results. Poker involves inherent variance and risk, and past training performance is not indicative of future real-world results.
We do not provide gambling services. Stack Poker is not a substitute for professional advice regarding gambling, financial decisions, or risk management.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackFlow Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct is harmful to other users, the Service, or our interests. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
